Paying the AFDCS Without a PayPal Account Method #1: Request an Invoice Pay with any debit or credit card by requesting an invoice. Send an email to sales@afdcs.org to request one. Please state your name, email address, mailing address, and the purpose of the payment. | Method #2: Mailing a Check Mail a check to the AFDCS Central Office at P.O. Box 57, Somerset, WI 54025-0057. Include a paper note stating your name and email address, and the purpose of the payment. If you do not include a paper note with the check, send an email explaining that you have mailed a check, the amount, and the purpose of the payment.
